Analytics data is retained in anonymised form and cannot be linked to individual visitors. Contact enquiry data (emails) is retained for 12 months after the last communication, then permanently deleted. Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically deleted after 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel, and regular security reviews.
